J. Michael Marshall Elected to Riverwalk Fort Lauderdale Board of Directors BOCA RATON, FL – August 7, 2014 – J. Michael Marshall, a shareholder in the Boca Raton office of GrayRobinson, P.A., was recently elected to serve on the Board of Directors for Riverwalk Fort Lauderdale. Riverwalk Fort Lauderdale is a nonprofit organization responsible for the programming, beautification and promotion of Riverwalk Park. For over 25 years, the organization has pursued its mission through advocacy programs as well as fundraising and membership events. Marshall will commence his service as a member of the board in October of 2014. Marshall represents property owners, developers, financial institutions, title companies, large institutional entities such as hospitals and universities, municipalities and counties in a wide range of land use, planning and real estate matters. Marshall has also worked closely with local governments in developing and drafting comprehensive plans, special purpose plans, zoning codes and other land development regulations, and defending them in both judicial and administrative challenges. He is a member of the Environmental and Land Use Law Section of The Florida Bar and serves on the Infrastructure Committee of the Urban Land Institute.
