WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (March 14, 2017) – Hospice of Palm Beach County Foundation and Hospice by the Sea Foundation have announced the appointment of William E. Quinn, II as the new chairman of the board of directors for 2017-2018. William E. “Bill” Quinn has been elected after serving seven years on the board for the foundation, beginning his tenure in 2009. Mr. Quinn is a Director for Dignity Memorial in the Florida Market. He serves on the Palm Beach County Emergency Medical Service Advisory Council, is a member of the Advisory Board for St. Mary’s Medical Center and is an alumnus of Leadership Palm Beach County. He is also a member of the Forum Club of Palm Beach. Along with his association of numerous organizations, Mr. Quinn’s involvement with Hospice of Palm Beach County Foundation and Hospice by the Sea Foundation has been rewarding for both himself and the board. “I am enthusiastic to take on this role and remain committed to working on the philanthropic endeavors of the foundation,” said Mr. Quinn. “With my previous experience and dedication to hospice, I look forward to utilizing my term to continually improve the organization.” Mr. Quinn served as vice chairman since 2015, and will serve as chairman for the organization until 2018.
