Hospice by the Sea Holds Naming Ceremony

BOCA RATON, Fla. (May 3, 2017) – Hospice by the Sea Foundation hosted a naming ceremony in honor of generous local donors.

The ceremony was held on Wednesday, May 3, at 10:00 a.m., in appreciation of those who have recently named an area or patient room at the newly renovated Boca Raton Care Center.

Honorees included The Schmidt Family Foundation, Barbara Gutin, E.M. Lynn Foundation, Debbie Lindstrom, Bob Sheetz, Billi and Bernie Marcus and Carole Cohen. Commemorative plaques were placed on their respective areas named to honor their generosity.

The ongoing naming campaign for the Boca Raton Care Center will provide needed renovations and additions to the building, focused on patient and family care. Renovations and additions include a dining room for patients and families, a tranquility garden and a full-capacity generator.

“We are thankful to receive support from these donors who have initiated the opportunity for us to accomplish our ambitious goals. This will allow us to create an even better patient care experience.” said Greg Leach, President of the Foundations. “We are honored to recognize their generosity.”
