Ocean (Caribbean) Distributors, Inc., is an SBA 8(a) and WOSB certified company that distributes and delivers PPE, Medical Supplies & Equipment as well as Personal Period Products. We also manufacture toileties and fragrance products. We began pursuing government contracting during the pandemic because in the 1990’s, we were successful in breaking into contract sales with the Army & Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES). Early during the pandemic, there was a demand for hand sanitizer, liquid soaps, and hand creams, etc., which were already a part of our in-house toiletries product line. It was a seamless transition to add the distribution of PPE & medical supplies to our company portfolio which led to our first federal contract as an SBA 8a company with HHS National Institutes of Health.
