The service at Cosmetica is truly unparalleled. I sought under-eye filler treatment due to the toll my years at university and countless sleepless nights had taken, resulting in severe dark circles. Following a single visit, Cosmetica not only eradicated the dark circles but also prevented the formation of under-eye lines. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking enhancement or resolution of cosmetic concerns.

I can't think of a more classless business than this.
Blatantly unsanitary, off putting front desk, uneducated injectors, and world class idiot owners.

They are quite literally an Instagram spa, the review should end there, but it won't, because it somehow gets worse.
They sell you dreams through DMs just to get you into the spa, once you're there, the deal changes. Uncouth, but expected if you've ever seen what the owner looks like.
There is no Botox or Dysport given in this spa, only Xeomin that has been watered down to oblivion. You will be coming back with pitchforks a month later and they will give you some lousy response as their form of "customer service" that was most likely given by a 21 year old. And if you are enough of a moron to come back, the price per unit will be exponentially higher.
But what about all their fantastic reviews? Once you rummage through the ones that they bribed clients to leave ($5 off in exchange for a good review, chic), you'll find the ones that hold truth.

Be smart, be mindful of who you trust with your body, and if you don't want to look like a duck suffering from allergies, don't go to a spa run by one.

SCAM!!!! this is 5 MONTHS LATER and this botched job has literally destroyed my life.
The reason I'm leaving this review is because of the owner herself - who refused to help me in anyway- and just simply proceeded to tell me that I signed a waiver, and that they are not responsible for my unhappiness.
I'm leaving this review, hopefully to save anybody else from getting the same results - I have not been able to get them dissolved anywhere, because they said that the product used might not be HA- due to the way they continue to swell.
It's been a living hell and they have not gone down but migrated up underneath my nose, causing breathing issues.
Stay away!!! The owner is terrible, and this entire place is a scam and I wish it would get closed down for ruining peoples faces!!!

UNPROFESSIONAL business! Do NOT come here!! I should've looked at Yelp review before coming to this place did my lip. Most of their google reviews are just fake. They did my lip uneven on the first time, I came back to get it fixed and the blonde hair injector being rude and giving attitude. After 2 months, all the fillers (1.5 syringes) are GONE. They told me it supposed to last 6-12 months but it didn't last over 2 months for me. Came back and they
asked if I wanna pay another 500 for 1 syringe. What a joke!!! Waste time and money!

Run... Do not go here. Now that I am reading through all the reviews I see why I should of stayed away. I had Botox done over a month ago. I had huge bumps right after the injection and now over a month later my forehead still has bumps. Not sure how you can mess up Botox this badly. The worst part of it all is they refused to have me come back in the office to see me. I asked several times about coming to see the medical director. I kept following up and they stated via text message that this would not be necessary and to wait, I asked to get a call they stated they were busy, So not only are they doing repeated botched jobs they also have zero customer service and are very unprofessional.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, setting the tone for a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend Cosmetica Med Spa Boca to anyone looking for top-notch med spa services in a friendly and professional environment.

Don't go here please and do your research first because they won't educate you themselves. I got one syringe in my lips and didn't think they were big enough so i went back two months later and got another full syringe. Why on Earth did they let me do that?? I know now that it was way too soon thanks to a REAL professional somewhere else, but I didn't then and it is their job to educate us as patients. I am so angry because its just so unprofessional and unsafe. Not to mention the absurd (and dangerous) amount of numbing cream that is used... & literally numbed my tongue and throat.

remember people cheaper is not always better and i wish i thought about that before. theres a reason they always seem to have "specials"...

So I'm back here to say that the spa reached out to me like a month ago and offered me lip fillers (one syringe) at no cost at all. They wanted to make right the bad experience i had before and they really did make me happy this time around. The girl that called me, i believe her name was Boo, was extremely nice! The aesthetician that did the fillers was very nice and explained so many things to me. I think her name was Candace (skinny, dark hair). Completely different experience this time around and my lips look GREAT! I loved the technique she uses when injecting. I'll be going back to them to touch them up when it's time.

I get skin pen and hydrafacials with Carla who is awesome. I am going to do some weight loss plans with Madeline they are all so nice to me when I get there and Dina always takes such good care of loyal customers. Highly recommend
