It's a meaningful way for residents and visitors alike to celebrate 100 years of Boca’s vibrant past.” Each element on the Centennial commemorative ornament celebrates a significant chapter in Boca Raton's history: Addison Mizner's signature (1925): Represents Mizner’s influence as a visionary architect and city planner, shaping Boca Raton into a world-class destination. Pearl City’s Tree of Knowledge (1915): Symbolizes Boca’s oldest community, established by Black settlers. Yamato’s Japanese script (1905): A nod to the Japanese farmers who settled in the Yamato Colony. Palmetto Park Pavilion (1930-1953): Celebrates the iconic beach pavilion. Town Hall Dome (1927): Metaphor for Boca Raton’s history.
