Boca Chamber Festival Days Recap It was a busy and fun month of August due to the many Boca Chamber Festival Days (BCFD) events! Boca Chamber Festival Days is the Boca Chamber’s commitment to the non-profit community. The Chamber connects for-profit members with non-profit members to create a fun filled event during the month of August to raise awareness and funds for the participating nonprofit. Boca Chamber Festival Days is a true example of community partnership! From bowling, bartending, and beyond, this year’s BCFD events had record-breaking numbers of attendees. This year’s highlights include: an evening at Maggiano’s, with delicious family-style Italian cuisine while playing a competitive game of bingo – all in the spirit of helping to raise awareness and funds for ChildNet, a nonprofit organization which helps ‘lead abused children to safety and stability’ through their foster care program. If Italian food and some competition wasn’t your style, tourists and residents alike enjoyed a thorough historic tour of the Boca Raton Resort and Club with proceeds from this event going to the Boca Raton History Museum, a nonprofit organization which prides itself on the preservation, collection, and presentation of information of Boca Raton’s history. There was something for everyone, and we are thankful for those who attended and participated in these events. If your organization wishes to be part of this spectacular month long philanthropic experience next August, please contact amiuccio@bocachamber.com or call 561.395.4433.
