Elmridge Protection is seeking an experienced administrative person to serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders, deliveries, while utilizing our CRM customer relationship management system and provide support to our sales management team. Our ideal candidate is task ready, experienced professional, with a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. We expect an energetic, goal-driven person with excellent communication and organizational skills. This candidate should be able to speak with administrators, current and potential new customers in person, by phone and email at moment notice to easily contribute to the existing high quality customer service of the company. Reliability and accountability is expected. Responsibilities Sales order processing Maintain and update customer records Collaborating with account managers Communicate important feedback from customers internally Present new or additional products and services to existing customers Create and maintain reports on sales activity, account status and anything else Schedule and implement follow ups after sale to ensure customer satisfaction Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints to find solutions and defuse tension Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems Provide data and guides to help the sales team Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience Constant Contact Requirements Four year undergraduate Bachelor Degree Proven work experience with administrative and customer service Hands on experience with CRM software, MS Office, Excel, Power Point Experience with social media marketing for professional use Excellent grammar, spelling, organizational and multitasking skills A team player with high level of dedication Ability to work under strict deadlines Availability for travel In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Analytical and multitasking skills Confident self-starter, assertive, open to all tasks, above and beyond work ethic Salary Salary commensurate with experience Contact Email resume with two professional and one personal reference to careers@elmridgeprotection.com
